The Story

One party.
Three surprises.
One very frozen man.

Jeff thought his 50th birthday party was going to be a quiet affair. He was wrong.

After several years of frustration in their marriage, Sophie walked out on Jeff and they went their separate ways. Jeff had moved on — or so he thought. He'd been dating much younger Laura, and on a whim had reached out to his old college sweetheart, Wendy, through Facebook. Wendy had been thinking about reaching out to him too.

What started as a songwriting partnership between two old friends grew into a four-year journey — and a musical like nothing you've seen before.

The first act builds to an unforgettable climax: Laura bursts from the giant birthday cake in a revealing bikini. Sophie appears stage left, finally ready for a reconciliation with Jeff. And stage right, Wendy arrives — the unexpected girl from Jeff's past. Mayhem ensues.

Jeff freezes. Three women. Three stories. One moment when all of them collide.

Then the show's MC steps forward and changes everything.

The Characters

Three Women. Three Different Endings.

Each woman has her own story to tell — but there's only time to tell one in Act Two. That's where you come in.

The Wife  ·  Act Two Option

Sophie's Surprise

After years of marriage, Sophie came back to the party with reconciliation on her mind. She arrived stage left with an open heart — and found Laura climbing out of a birthday cake in a bikini. And who was that woman who arrived unexpectedly stage right? Sophie, it turns out, still has a few surprises of her own.

The Girlfriend  ·  Act Two Option

Laura's Revenge

She arrived in a birthday cake. In a bikini. With a plan. Laura is not the kind of woman who does anything by half measures — and she has a few things up her sleeve that Jeff never expected. Hell hath no fury like a woman who came all this way and brought her own cake.

The College Sweetheart  ·  Act Two Option

Wendy's Secret

She walked in thinking it would be a lovely surprise. She was not wrong — just not in the way she imagined. Wendy had Jeff on her mind when his Facebook friend request arrived out of the blue. Was it a coincidence, or a sign of fate?

You Choose the Ending

I

Act One

The party. The chaos. The freeze. Jeff faces all three women simultaneously as the curtain falls.

II

The Vote

Scan the QR code. Vote for whose story gets told in Act Two — Sophie's Surprise, Laura's Revenge, or Wendy's Secret. The MC announces the winner.

III

Act Two

The winning story unfolds. Three possible second acts. Like so much in life, it's a matter of chance. What if the audience had chosen differently?

"Every performance is random — because every audience is."
